PEMCO, a mutual insurance company, is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to conduct complex quantitative analysis of property and casualty products to improve performance and support PEMCO’s initiatives. The role engages with Product Managers and the Actuarial team to drive data-led decisions and pricing recommendations.

You will develop dashboards, build data tools, and collaborate across teams to communicate insights and impact, while ensuring compliance and adherence to PEMCO’s values.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• 3 years in P&C insurance industry.
• 6+ years in analytical roles with pricing experience and large data management.
