Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is a growth-stage Insurtech that blends insurance operations with technology to transform how brokers and insureds interact with programs. We seek an experienced Insurance Program Manager to lead the configuration of rate/quote/bind/issuance systems and to fortify workflows across multiple business units.

The role emphasizes ownership of programs from start to finish, cross-functional collaboration, and project management across onshore and offshore

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8+ years hands-on experience in commercial lines underwriting or operations.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient in configuring and updating insurance policy administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of new insurance program concepts from start to finish with requirements, project plans, and cross-functional integration.
• Provide project management for cross business-unit collaboration.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business-unit stakeholders to create detailed system and workflow requirements and propose efficient solutions.
