Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) seeks an experienced Insurance Program Manager to lead strategic program development, configuring rate/quote/bind/issuance systems and strengthening workflows for policy transactions. You will drive cross-functional initiatives across IT, underwriting, and operations in a dynamic Insurtech environment.

The role combines insurance operations and information systems management, with ownership of programs from start to finish and involvement in M&A

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in commercial lines underwriting or operations
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years configuring insurance policy administration systems (MGA Systems preferred)
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
• Experience with workflow mapping tools like Visio or Figma
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to independently drive projects and tasks
• Proven experience leading teams
• Expertise in information systems design, security, and troubleshooting within the insurance industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide project management capabilities

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end insurance program concepts with cross-functional teams
• Provide project management across business units
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to define system requirements
• Design and maintain configurable information systems with data security
• Oversee system upgrades and issue resolution
• Audit information systems for vulnerabilities and apply security measures
• Maintain rate, quote, bind, and policy issuance workflows with underwriters
• Integrate acquired programs into the ISC platform
• Coordinate pre-/post-bind processes, including endorsements, invoicing, and audits
• Manage on and offshore support resources
• Coordinate Bordereau delivery and premium finance processes
