Job summary

Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions in the U.S. is seeking an IT Manager to join the Corporate IT team on a hybrid schedule across Canton, MA; Boston, MA; Farmington, CT or Raleigh, NC offices.

You will lead the PMO function, ensure delivery of technology initiatives across SDLC, establish standards, mentor PMs, and partner with business and technology leaders to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Seven to 10 years of experience in IT and business or industry roles.
• Prior management, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Portfolio & Program Management, IT applications and technologies, and agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT PMO program and project management function.
• Ensure delivery of technology initiatives across the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Establish and enforce PMO standards, artifacts, and governance.

Skills
