Holmes Murphy & Associates is seeking a Sr. Placement Consultant to join our Dallas Property Casualty team.

The role focuses on managing renewal marketing, placing insurance for clients, and coordinating with sales and service teams to deliver a world-class client experience. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial insurance placement, with knowledge of agency systems (AMS) and ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Independently manage client service tasks including renewal marketing and placement of insurance for assigned clients.
• Prepare, market new and renewal business with designated sales team.
• Maintain organized marketing files and accurate information for smooth issuance.

Responsabilités

• Lead client meetings and present turnover materials to service team.
• Set up new clients in the agency management system (AMS) and input policy information for smooth transition.
• Provide timely responses to questions from sales, service, clients and underwriters.
