Holmes Murphy is seeking a Sr. Client Service Consultant to join the Property Casualty team in Minneapolis, MN. You will own and service large, complex accounts, negotiate renewals with underwriters, and advise clients on optimal insurance solutions to meet their business needs.

You will maintain client relationships through technical expertise and targeted guidance, while supporting pre-renewal meetings and cross-functional collaboration to drive opportunities.

Formación

• Active state Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
• Minimum 5+ years customer service, underwriting or risk management experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong client relationships and ability to negotiate renewals and advise clients on options.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounts by servicing large and complex clients with proactive service.
• Market renewal policies and negotiate with underwriters.
• Review client coverage and assess future needs and recommendations.
• Coordinate renewal reviews, orders, and renewals; ensure documents are complete.
