Qualifications

• Experience in providing client service and insurance placement.
• Ability to market renewal business and communicate with clients and carriers.
• Proficient use of agency systems to set up new clients and manage AMS data.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage renewal marketing and placement for assigned clients.
• Prepare, market, and define renewal business with designated sales team.
• Maintain organized marketing files and write order letters with changes.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and underwriting teams to answer questions promptly.
• Lead client meetings, present turnover materials to the service team.
• Set up new clients in the agency management system and input policy data.
• Mentor Placement Specialists and Consultants and coordinate assessments.
