Holmes Murphy & Associates in Madison, WI is seeking a Sr. Client Service Consultant to lead the Property Casualty client portfolio. You will own complex accounts, renewals, and risk analyses, partnering with clients and underwriters to meet strategic insurance needs.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, relationship building, and proactive problem solving for large, multi-faceted accounts; licensing in Property Casualty required or within 3 months; 5+ years in insurance service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in customer service, underwriting or risk management in insurance.
• Licensing: Active state Property Casualty license or ability to acquire within 3 months.
• Technical: Apply insurance principles to client consults and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and service large, complex accounts; provide support per account size.
• Renewals, negotiate with underwriters, assess client needs and future insurance options.
• Resolve complex issues with resources, ensuring client and sales satisfaction.
• Maintain client relationships and pre-renewal opportunities.
• Manage complex plans and ensure accurate carrier documentation.
