Job summary

Holmes Murphy in Madison, WI is seeking a Sr. Client Service Consultant to join our Property Casualty team.

You will understand client operations, discuss renewals, market policies, and prepare proposals to ensure accurate coverage and service for our clients. With 2+ years in insurance client service, underwriting, or risk management, you will maintain carrier information, schedules, and audits while building trusted relationships and delivering proactive solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years customer service, underwriting, or risk management experience in the insurance industry.
• Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
• Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs.

Responsibilities

• Understand client operations and exposures to ensure appropriate coverage or coverage options are provided.
• Consult with the team for pre-renewal meetings on qualifying accounts and development of client opportunities.
• Market renewal policies and negotiate with insurance company underwriters.
• Review quotes on accounts for accuracy and prepare proposal documents for client.
• Be accountable for account and policy accuracy by ensuring that all customer information as well as items received by carriers are accurate and current including coverage schedules, policies, endorsements, and audits.
• Prepares client renewal documents and saves to agency management system.
• This could include PSR, schedules, applications, experience mod worksheet, loss runs and summary, schedules, and any other pertinent information.
