Hudson Advisors L.P. seeks an experienced Insurance Risk Specialist to oversee placement of directors and officers, crime, cyber, and other liability programs for operating companies. You will coordinate due diligence with brokers, collect and analyze policy data, and prepare management reports supporting asset management decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in insurance or related professional services, strong analytics, and collaboration across Dallas and London in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in business, risk management, insurance, law, or accounting/finance.
• CPCU, CIC, CRM or equivalent designation preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in insurance, private equity, or professional services handling insurance transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee placement of directors and officers, employment practices, fiduciary/pension, crime, and cyber liability insurance.
• Consult with management on workers compensation, general liability, auto, umbrella, and environmental liability policies.
• Coordinate due diligence reports for acquisitions with brokers and internal teams.
• Analyze loss history and exposures to advise on loss-sensitive programs.
• Assist in risk review reporting and KPI benchmarking for operating companies.
• Manage relationships with insurance brokers and review submissions, binders, policies, and invoices.
