Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Director, Insurance & Risk Financing based in the United States. You will lead regional insurance operations across the Americas, focusing on the US commercial portfolio, translating global strategy into regional programs, and ensuring governance and performance.

You will oversee workers’ compensation, auto, casualty and property coverage, manage broker relationships, claims, renewals, and financial administration while advising leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in corporate insurance and risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead insurance and risk-management operations across the Americas.
• Oversee US insurance portfolio, including workers’ compensation and auto.
