Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; ACAS with 7+ years preferred.
• Extensive auto and general liability pricing experience and metrics.
• Experience leading small actuarial teams and delivering pricing solutions.
• Strong modeling, risk assessment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial analyses of auto and GL pricing for profitability.
• Develop and maintain pricing models (GLMs) for portfolios and large accounts.
• Shape pricing strategies balancing growth and profitability.
• Provide insights on large accounts, loss-rated structures, and deals.
• Collaborate with underwriting, finance, claims, and ops to inform decisions.
• Present clear actuarial results to senior management and non‑actuaries.
• Mentor 1–3 actuaries/analysts and develop high performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
• Monitor market trends to guide product/pricing opportunities.
