Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a highly motivated in-house lawyer to join our Legal Counsel, Corporate Securities team. The role reports to the senior corporate securities counsel and focuses on governance, disclosures, and securities offerings.

You will drive regulatory compliance, equity program administration, and collaboration across Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, and other departments to protect and accelerate the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate securities and/or executive compensation experience.
• Experience with equity programs and coordination with Equity Administration teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with securities laws, rules, and Nasdaq listing requirements.
• Provide legal oversight of public disclosures (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, earnings calls, investor relations disclosures, press releases).
• Support administration of equity programs (preclearance, 10b5-1 plans, insider trading, Form S-8 & Section 16).
• Support quarterly and ad hoc Board/Committee meetings and governance best practices.
• Manage annual stockholder meeting prep, proxy statements, and shareholder matters.
• Assist with registered/unregistered securities offerings and complex strategic initiatives.
• Advise on director & officer matters and draft corporate policies; general counsel to business partners.
