Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Counsel, Competition & Litigation to join our global Legal team. You will advise product and business teams, support M&A and strategic investments, and lead regulatory investigations with a focus on Europe.

This is a fast-moving, generalist role spanning the DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo brands. You bring 7–9+ years of antitrust/competition experience, with strong risk management, litigation and cross-border regulatory exposure.

Qualifications

• J.D. and bar admission required.
• 7–9+ years at a top law firm or in-house, with generalist antitrust/competition experience across M&A, litigation, and investigations.
• Experience advising on mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments with regulatory filings.
• Experience handling investigations with regulators (EU, UK CMA, DOJ/FTC or similar).

Responsibilities

• Advise product, business and corporate development teams with fast, practical guidance.
• Counsel on antitrust dimensions of M&A transactions and strategic investments.
• Manage antitrust regulatory investigations and inquiries globally.
• Help build international competition compliance training, policies and processes.
• Support competition-related litigation, including document collection and witness prep.
• Monitor regulatory developments with policy and government relations teams.
