• Apply litigation skills to try cases to verdict or negotiate resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery; attend hearings and depositions.
• Provide case analysis, strategy recommendations and mentor junior attorneys.
• Collaborate with experts, manage client relationships and travel as needed.
• Train and update insured clients and partners on legal developments.
