Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong track record of jury trials and courtroom outcomes.
• Excellent oral and written advocacy for complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of higher exposure and complex litigation.
• Apply litigation skills to try cases or negotiate resolutions.
• Conduct advanced legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Attend court events, depositions, and related appointments independently.
• Provide strategic recommendations to insured clients and partners.
