Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and mentor junior staff.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills for client presentations.
• Deep understanding of the local Connecticut insurance market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new sales strategies to grow our presence within the Middletown region.
