Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced insurance claims professional to join our practice in the United States. You will work with forensic accountants, valuation professionals, attorneys, risk managers, brokers, and insurers to quantify complex claims and support policyholders throughout the claims process.

Travel and client-site presence will be required. You will analyze property damage, business interruption, cyber incidents, and other catastrophic losses, develop well-supported submissions, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics required.
• 2+ years at an accounting or consulting firm in forensic accounting or dispute & damages.
• Pursuing CPA, CFE or CFF designation preferred.
• Excellent organization and time management for multiple engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, preparation, and management of complex commercial insurance claims.
• Collaborate with clients, brokers, insurers, adjusters, attorneys, and engineers to gather information and evaluate claims.
• Travel and client-site presence required; contribute to high-quality submissions.
