Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in multifamily mortgage loan insurance compliance, escrow administration, and tax servicing.
• Experience leading others through direct people management or acting-lead responsibilities.
• Working familiarity with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily servicing and insurance requirements.
• Knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance.
• Real estate tax administration and escrow analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Insurance and Escrow Associates, including onboarding and training plans.
• Provide procedures, escalation standards, and guidance to resolve routine matters.
• Manage capacity planning and workload across insurance renewals and escrow tasks.
• Maintain quality standards, reviews, and escalation protocols for accuracy and control.
• Serve as escalation point for complex insurance, tax, and escrow matters.
• Ensure procedures and desk instructions are current and audit-ready.
• Provide management reporting and timely corrective action.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
