Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Agency Insurance & Escrow Manager within Agency & Institutional Capital Loan Servicing and Asset Management in Plano, TX. You will lead a team responsible for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac insurance compliance, tax administration, and escrow oversight while maintaining a strong control environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of combined experience in multifamily mortgage loan insurance compliance, escrow administration, and tax servicing.
• Prior experience leading others through direct people management or demonstrated team leadership.
• Working familiarity with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily servicing and insurance requirements.
• Knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance.
• Working knowledge of real estate tax administration and escrow accounting.
• Strong control mindset with attention to detail and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Insurance and Escrow Associates with onboarding and training plans.
• Equip team with procedures, escalation standards, and investor requirements.
• Own capacity planning and workload allocation across insurance renewals, tax administration, and escrow analysis.
• Establish and reinforce quality standards, approvals, and escalation protocols.
• Serve as escalation point for complex insurance, tax, and escrow matters.
• Maintain a strong control environment with current procedures and audit-ready records.
• Monitor deliverables, aging items, and risks; provide management reporting.
• Drive process improvements through standardization and automation opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure compliant servicing.
• Promote accountability and strong borrower/client service.
