Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily asset management, loan servicing, credit risk, finance, or CRE.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy.
• Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac Multifamily Servicing Guides knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support an assigned portfolio of multifamily loans and serve as contact for borrowers.
• Respond to borrower inquiries and servicing requests with quality service.
• Monitor loan performance and identify emerging risks through reviews.
• Execute core servicing processes such as reserve requests and disbursements.
• Perform financial analysis using operating statements and rent rolls.
• Review inspections to identify collateral risks and corrective actions.
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen client service.
