Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform annual renewal compliance oversight for a multifamily servicing portfolio.
• Coordinate renewal policy reviews with vendors and internal teams.
• Review coverage forms, limits, deductibles, endorsements, and required wording.
• Reconcile vendor outputs and track issues to closure.
• Maintain direct client contact for compliance status.
• Assess renewal-related risks and elevate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with servicing, asset management, and risk partners to resolve issues.
• Track onboarding activities to support compliant loan setup.
