Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX is seeking a Loan Servicing Escrow Associate to protect collateral value and lien priority through tax, insurance, and escrow administration across a multifamily portfolio.

You will work with third-party vendors, borrowers, and internal teams to resolve exceptions, analyze variances, and ensure compliance with investor requirements and controls. Strong Excel skills and 3+ years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Multifamily Loan Servicing, Insurance compliance, Escrow Administration, and Tax servicing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to building relationships and delivering a best-in-class borrower experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Excel, with experience using multiple formulas.

Responsibilities

• Partner with third-party tax service vendors for timely tax disbursements.
• Own all tax-related exceptions (delinquent taxes, disputed assessments, missing bills, liens, etc.).
• Investigate and resolve complex tax issues with borrowers, authorities, vendors, and internal teams.
• Own escrow analysis exceptions and borrower inquiries related to tax and insurance escrow accounts.
• Perform manual escrow analyses when automated processes fail or raise discrepancies.
• Research and resolve escrow variances with borrowers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with insurance compliance reviews by collecting renewal documentation and routing for review.
• Review insurer findings, track open exceptions, and escalate high-risk items as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks of insurance collections and invoicing, including document requests and status tracking.
