This role emphasizes adherence to servicing guides, collaboration across teams, and sophisticated Excel usage to monitor performance and risks.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in multifamily asset management, loan servicing, credit risk, finance, or CRE.
Ability to build relationships and deliver a best-in-class borrower experience.
Proficiency with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac servicing guides and related systems.

Responsibilities

Support an assigned portfolio of multifamily loans and serve as a primary/secondary contact for borrowers and property teams.
Respond to borrower inquiries and servicing requests, delivering high-quality client experiences.
Monitor loan performance and identify emerging risks from borrower communications and property performance.
Execute core servicing processes: reserves, repairs, collateral, inspections, onboarding, portal registration, rate cap admin.
Perform financial analysis using operating statements and rent rolls.
Review inspections and reports to identify collateral risks and corrective actions.
Track delinquencies, covenant breaches, and servicing exceptions.
Support post-closing tasks such as assumptions and borrower consent requests.
