You will mentor junior attorneys, collaborate with experts, and provide strategic guidance to insured clients and internal partners. Travel as needed and stay current with rulings and practice areas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong jury trial experience with a track record of courtroom outcomes.
• Advanced oral and written advocacy with ability to explain complex matters.
• Knowledge of local bench, bar, and jurisdictional practices.
• Proven leadership through mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Handle high exposure cases and complex litigation independently.
• Conduct advanced legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs.
• Attend court events, depositions, and other proceedings.
• Provide case analysis and recommendations to clients and partners.
• Mentor attorneys and support staff; lead training.
• Collaborate with experts to develop case strategies.
• Travel as required and utilize technology effectively.
