RRC Solutions Group seeks an Insurance Coverage Attorney for its Litigation practice in California. The role focuses on complex coverage disputes for domestic and international insurers, with hybrid work in Irvine/LA/ SF.

Applicants should have a JD from an ABA-accredited school, CA Bar in good standing, and 3+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience. Strong writing and research skills are required, with exposure to depositions and trials.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing; other bars considered for seasoned candidates.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience focused on insurance coverage.
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies and drafting coverage opinions.

Responsabilités

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
• Provide clear and actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other research tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
