Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active California bar admission in good standing (or other bar admissions for seasoned candidates).
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience focusing on insurance coverage matters.
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies and providing coverage recommendations.
• Experience drafting litigation documents and participating in depositions, mediations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Provide clear coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
• Review and analyze document collections for litigation.
