Accounting Search represents a leading international law firm seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney for its Litigation practice in CA. Hybrid in Irvine/LA/ SF, the role involves advising on complex coverage disputes, drafting opinions, and liaising with domestic and international insurers.

The candidate should have a JD from an ABA-accredited school, California bar admission, and 3+ years of substantive insurance coverage litigation experience. Strong research and writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing (will consider other bar admissions)
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience with a focus on insurance coverage matters
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies
• Ability to provide clear coverage recommendations
• Drafting litigation-related documents and participating in depositions/mediations

Responsabilités

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions
• Provide clear and actionable coverage recommendations for clients
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other research tools
• Participate in deposits, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses
• Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation
• Engage in direct communication with domestic and international insurers
• Collaborate with partners to advance case objectives efficiently
