Clyde & Co seeks an Attorney with 5+ years of strong coverage litigation experience admitted to practice in Colorado. The candidate must be proactive, motivated, and organized, with excellent research and writing skills.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs; responding to discovery; communicating with colleagues and clients; and conducting in-depth policy analysis. You'll join a firm with robust mentorship, global mobility, and comprehensive wellbeing and parental leave

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance coverage experience.
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive matters and time‑sensitive deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capable of working well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and briefs for coverage disputes.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients.
• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis; review documents for litigation.
• Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations; submit filings to court.
