Clyde & Co US LLP in Miami seeks an attorney with 5-7 years of litigation experience for our insurance coverage practice group. This team represents US and foreign insurers in complex coverage and market conduct matters.

Responsibilities include analyzing policies, drafting opinions, providing coverage recommendations, and performing legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and Nexis; attending depositions and hearings; and supporting document review.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Florida.
• 5–7 years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials (e.g., Law Review and/or Honors).

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Provide coverage recommendations to clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and Nexis.
• Draft interrogatories and document demands.
• Review documents in preparation for litigation.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
