Kin Insurance, Inc. seeks a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to translate product decisions into clear system requirements and own the requirements lifecycle across filings, forms, endorsements, and state configurations.

You collaborate with Insurance Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations, Engineering, and Tech Product to ensure correct implementation. You will build user stories, acceptance criteria, and data mappings, lead UAT, and act as the primary clarifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a BA or systems analyst in P&C insurance.
• Ability to translate insurance concepts into engineering requirements.
• Knowledge of policy administration and rating systems is a plus.
• Experience in Agile environments, including UAT and validation.
• Strong stakeholder synthesis and decision documentation.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet.
