Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of consulting/architecture experience.
• 3+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience with PAS platforms (FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity value chain (product config, underwriting, policy administration).
• Knowledge of architecture patterns, integrations, APIs, middleware, cloud-native solutions.
• Familiarity with data migration, platform configuration, and enterprise integration approaches.
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of executive workshops.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and architecture modeling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance transformation.
• Create architecture artifacts, designs, and technical specs across modules (policy, underwriting, claims).
• Translate requirements into scalable technology solutions with business teams.
• Develop target-state roadmaps and modernization strategies aligned to objectives.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and provide technology recommendations and trade-offs.
• Support integration architecture including APIs, middleware, and cloud services.
• Lead data architecture activities including migration and analytics.
• Participate in governance, design reviews, and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering to ensure correct implementation.
