Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of consulting, architecture, or technology experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience supporting architecture/implementation on PAS platforms such as FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance transformation initiatives.
• Develop architecture artifacts, solution designs, and technical specifications across policy administration, underwriting, claims, servicing, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Translate requirements with business/technical teams into scalable technology solutions.
• Contribute to target-state architecture roadmaps and modernization strategies.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and provide technology recommendations and trade-offs.
• Assist with integration architecture including APIs, middleware, cloud services, and enterprise connectivity.
• Support data architecture activities including data migration, reporting, analytics, and cloud platforms.
• Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and security/compliance.
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented to standards.
