Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams and deliver consulting services in Life & Group Insurance transformation. You will help define, design, and implement target-state architectures leveraging leading technologies and industry best practices across policy administration, underwriting, claims, and servicing.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, contribute to roadmaps, and support data and cloud-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant consulting, architecture, or technology experience.
• 3+ years of experience across Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience supporting architecture and implementation on PAS platforms listed.
• Strong understanding of the Life & Annuity value chain and policy workflows.
• Experience delivering architecture artifacts for large-scale transformations.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance transformations.
• Develop architecture artifacts, solution designs, and specifications across policy admin, underwriting, claims, servicing, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions with stakeholders.
• Contribute to target-state architecture roadmaps and modernization strategies.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and support option assessments with trade-off analyses.
• Assist with integration architecture, including APIs, middleware, cloud services, and system connectivity.
• Support data architecture activities including data migration, reporting, and cloud data platforms.
• Participate in architecture governance, reviews, and security/compliance.
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering to implement designs and maintain standards.
• Stay current on industry trends, cloud capabilities, and AI innovations; share best practices.
