Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Experience in sales, consulting, or client-facing relationship management.
• Proficiency with agency management software.
• Clear, empathetic communication, in person and over the phone.
• Valid driver's license for local outreach or meetings.
• Life or health insurance experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local community members to assess personal and business insurance needs.
• Explain policy details in clear, plain language to build confidence in coverage.
• Manage a growing book of business by reviewing accounts and updating coverage as life changes.
• Represent The Atlantic District at local networking events in Mechanicsburg.
• Coordinate with underwriting partners to secure best value for clients.
• Maintain accurate client files to meet regulatory requirements and service standards.
