As Senior Account Manager on the Commercial Lines team, you will analyze coverage needs, maintain carrier relationships, mentor colleagues, and support Producers on large accounts.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 5-8 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Appropriate insurance license.
• Strong client relation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and market contacts.
• Ability to provide direction, feedback, development and training to others.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

Responsabilidades

• Exercise independent decisions relating to client analysis of coverage and needs.
• Suggest new lines of coverage for existing clients.
• Be a leader and mentor to colleagues delivering exceptional client service.
• Maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives; stay informed on guidelines.
• Develop relationships with carriers and clients; support Producers and Marketing Account Executives on larger accounts.
• Travel as required to meet clients and carriers.
