Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Business Insurance Senior Account Manager to lead client service plans, maintain key relationships and guide the renewal process. The role requires five years in insurance, an active license, and strong communication and leadership skills. Occasional travel and proximity to the Kennesaw, GA office are expected.

You will mentor peers, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and leverage client management systems to manage policy updates and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Appropriate insurance license(s).
• Strong client relations and communication skills.
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.
• Proven leadership ability and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships by phone, email and in person.
• Execute comprehensive client service plans addressing business needs and risk goals.
• Lead the client service team in activities related to administration, billing and claims.
• Coordinate internal/external activities to manage renewals and market options.
• Mentor team members and support relationship management visits with clients.
• Prepare marketing information and present renewal options to clients.
• Manage implementation processes and ensure timely, accurate forms.
