Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services in Salt Lake City is seeking a results-driven insurance professional to deliver exceptional service to assigned customers and policies while pursuing new business on existing accounts. You will collaborate with producers, prepare compelling proposals, and pursue renewals to expand coverage opportunities across client portfolios.

In this role you will mentor staff, support producer-led sales efforts, and strive toward annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• One or more year of insurance industry experience.
• Valid insurance license.
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identifies new leads and gathers information for submissions.
• Develops, presents and sells new business proposals to prospects.
• Gathers information; develops, delivers and sells renewal proposals.
• Performs periodic service calls and coordinates customer service as requested.
• Sells additional coverage to existing customers.
• Facilitates joint sales calls and shares lead information among staff.
• Attends and actively participates in regular sales meetings.
• Develops strong relationships with company representatives.
• Achieves annual sales goals and reports progress to management.
• Meets educational and professional development goals set by management.
• Maintains a professional demeanor and promotes a positive image for the agency.
• Other duties as assigned.
