Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support within the account team. You will work under supervision of an Account Manager or Producer to safeguard quality standards and handle smaller accounts efficiently.

You will renew policies, process endorsements, prepare submissions, and help present proposals while maintaining clear communication with the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Required active licensing, professional designation (CISR) preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Monitor policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business by gathering underwriting information and preparing submissions.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included and manage accounts receivable.
