Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and assigned accounts. Under the direction of an Account Manager, you will help ensure production and quality standards, while safeguarding against errors and omissions.

Key tasks include tracking policy expirations, processing endorsements and renewals, supporting new and renewal business with proposals, and maintaining agency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active license; CISR preferred.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and renewals.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and invoicing.
• Support new and renewal business with submissions, coverages, and pricing.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status with the team.
• Deliver proactive service and uphold IOA values.
