The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance customer service, active licensing (CISR preferred), and strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active insurance license; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related tasks.
• Assist with client research, underwriting information, loss run analysis, and submissions.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
