Job summary

Ashland in Calvert City, KY is hiring a Reliability Instrument / PM Engineer to join the Maintenance & Reliability team. The role is highly visible and focuses on instrumentation, PM programs, and plant reliability.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, 10+ years in a chemical process plant, and deep experience with instrumentation, calibration, and CMMS systems. You will lead improvements, ensure compliance with SOX, and collaborate with craft teams to optimize

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
10+ years in a chemical process plant with at least 5 years in Equipment Reliability.
Familiarity with instrumentation used to measure/command flow, temp, pressure, level and analytical properties.

Responsibilities

Review compliance of ITPM/PdM activities with standards and procedures.
Manage PMs and calibrations for instrumentation in storage vessels per SOX requirements.
Provide technical support to instrumentation improvement projects and engineering drawings/specifications.
Develop and update maintenance procedures and calibration frequencies; document in CMMS.
Evaluate new instrumentation technologies and coordinate with contractors on inspections.
