Ashland Inc. in Calvert City, KY is seeking a Reliability Instrument / PM Engineer to lead maintenance and reliability programs for plant instrumentation and controls.

You will review PM activities, calibrations, and installation drawings to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) and 10+ years in a chemical process environment, with strong instrument and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ten (10) + years experience in a chemical process plant environment with at least five (5) years in Equipment Reliability.
• Familiarity with electronic and analytical instrumentation used to measure and control flow, temperature, pressure, level and analytical properties of fluids.

Responsabilités

• Review compliance of ITPM/PdM activities with corporate, regulatory, site and quality requirements, standards and procedures.
• Manage PMs and reporting for level instrumentation calibrations of material storage vessels governed by SOX.
• Provide recommendations for storeroom inventory to service plant instrumentation.
• Support instrumentation improvement projects and calibration procedures across the plant.
