The Ohio State University University Hospital is seeking a Senior Instrumentation Coordinator - New Tower to oversee sterilization, assembly, and distribution of surgical instruments across the enterprise. This role ensures sterile, infection-free supplies reach the operating rooms promptly and safely.

You will coordinate with OR teams and CSS sites, manage instrument trays globally, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as instrument processor or surgical technologist.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily activities between the Operating Room and Central Sterile Supply to facilitate case flow.
• Pack, sterilize, and prepare instruments and trays for reuse in multiple sites.
• Procure and standardize instrument trays across the Enterprise.
• Support 24/7 operations across multiple hospital reprocessing sites.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between ORs and CSS offsite location.
