Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• At least two years of experience as instrument processor or Surgical Technologist.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required upon hire or within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between Operating Room and Sterile Processing to improve case flow.
• Oversee decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and high-level disinfection of reprocessed inventory.
• Order, procure, and organize instrument trays across the Enterprise.
• Serve as a clinical liaison to track and allocate sterilized instrumentation across sites.
