Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is seeking an Instructional Services Coordinator Senior for the Center for Learning at Glendale Community College. The role leads planning, development, and evaluation of student success programs to boost persistence, engagement, and completion.

The position oversees a portfolio of programs, collaborates with faculty and partners, and coordinates graduate and grant-supported initiatives while supervising part-time staff and SMEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education, organizational development or related field with 2 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of degree and related full-time work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, implements, administers, and evaluates student success programs and initiatives.
• Researches and pilots innovative practices and emerging technologies in student support.
• Recruits, coordinates, trains, schedules, and supervises part-time program staff and experts.
• Coordinates special projects, grant-supported activities, and cross-functional student-success efforts.
• Collects and analyzes program data; prepares reports and recommendations for improvement.
