Job summary

Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) seeks an Instructional Services Supervisor to plan and manage class schedules, maintain curriculum, and update the college catalog. You will supervise staff, develop training, and ensure alignment with educational programs.

The role requires strong leadership, project coordination, and experience with enterprise scheduling systems in a higher education setting. Regular hours and a full-time schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development or related field with four years of lead work experience.
• Master's degree and two years of lead/Senior level experience may be required for some assignments.
• Four or more years leading class schedule development using enterprise information systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, supervises and evaluates the work of Instructional Services Coordinators.
• Leads curriculum and class schedule maintenance and college catalog updates.
• Represents the Curriculum and Scheduling Office at events and committees; trains staff.
