Job summary

Maricopa County Community College District is seeking an Instructional Services Coordinator Senior at Rio Salado College to support the Administration of Justice Studies and Paralegal programs. You will collaborate with adjunct faculty, ESP instructors, and public safety partners to align MCCCD competencies with industry needs and ensure courses run smoothly.

The role mentors and evaluates adjunct faculty, coordinates course development, and helps recruit and engage students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education, organizational development or related field with two years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of degree and related full-time work experience may be considered.
• A Master's Degree may be required for some assignments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for adjunct faculty and students in the department for curriculum questions.
• Liaise with public safety partners and schedule training and advisory committees.
• Collaborate with ESP team on program initiatives and degree promotion.
• Oversee content specialists in course development to meet learning outcomes.
• Assist with onboarding and evaluations of instructors and perform related duties.
