Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related discipline, or 2–5 years instructional development experience.
• 15 years' experience in the Seabee Steelworker rate.
• 10 years' operational experience with the Naval Construction Force including officer and enlisted ratings and functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.
• Design and develop computer-based training, web-based training, and other technology-based learning solutions.
• Develop flow diagrams and storyboards for instructional materials.
• Design instructionally sound lessons across delivery media and test methods.
