Job summary

Chipotle is seeking a Senior Analyst, Restaurant Training to own the lifecycle of instructional materials used by nearly 140,000 team members in over 4,200 restaurants. You will develop content for new initiatives and rollouts across the US and Canada, including menus, equipment, technology, and evergreen materials.

You’ll manage LMS and intranet experiences, collaborate with SMEs and translation teams, and lead the design, localization, and distribution of training assets, ensuring consistency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Graphic Design, HR, or related field.
• 3–8 years of training experience in restaurant or retail operations.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to define training scope and strategy.
• Develop training content across eLearning, video, print and digital formats.
• Update training materials to reflect new initiatives and SOPs.
• Manage distribution through LMS, intranet, and print workflows.
• Coordinate with translation team for multilingual training materials.
• Liaise with print provider for materials production and inventory.
• Partner with leadership to present strategies and drive implementation.
